Arc of Iberia provides vocational training and employment opportunities for cognitively, physically and socially disabled individuals. They have created a program which provides individuals with valuable employment skills, so that they can establish careers.
Arc of Iberia has started the following initiatives:
* Individual community job placement with training and support
* Small business Enterprises, which include resale clothing stores in Iberia, St. Martin, Lafayette and St. Landry parishes and a specialty gift shop.
* Facility based and contract area employing individuals who fulfill contracts for assembly work, labeling, packaging and document shredding and rag business.
* Mobile work crew offering the following services: janitorial, park maintenance recycling and lawn maintenance.
