After several years of success, Alpha Physician Search was formed as a sister company, mirroring the same proven formula. Their vision was to create a physician search team that focused on specific specialties. This focus would allow the company to supply superior knowledge and attention to both clients and candidates, with hassle-free, accurate matches in a confidential environment. With over forty years of recruiting and public affairs experience between the partners, this goal was achieved quickly and successfully.
In addition, the two founding partners hold strong beliefs in family and community. From day one, a family friendly and socially-conscious work environment was established. Alpha provides flextime for parents, days off for community service, and a low-stress office atmosphere.
